www.irecharge.com.au Terms of Sale of prepaid telephone cards. www.irecharge.com.au is an online distributor of telephone cards with operations in NSW.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any telephone cards offered by  www.irecharge.com.auw. By purchasing these telephone cards, you agree to be bound by:

   a. The following terms and conditions
   b. Any terms and conditions that may apply to the particular card type by the specific card provider

Variation
www.irecharge.com.au may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variation will become effective upon publication onwww.irecharge.com.au . By making a purchase after the Terms of Sale have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.

1. Eligible Transactions

We only service for Paypal verified customers.


An eligible transaction is when there is stock available for the card you have selected for purchase and your Paypal payment is positively authorised by our acquiring gateway.

In the rare event that there is no stock available for your selected card, you will be asked to select another. If you choose not to proceed with the purchase, you will get refunds.

If our acquiring bank comes back with a negative response for payment deduction on your payment, your purchase will not proceed. 

2. Prices quoted on www.irecharge.com.au are final and non-negotiable

3. www.irecharge.com.au reserves the right to refuse a sale if you fail to comply with any Terms of Sale

4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

   a. www.irecharge.com.au excludes all conditions and warranties implied into these Terms of Sale
   b. www.irecharge.com.au excludes all liability to you for any injury, loss or damage (including any indirect or consequential loss or damage) that you may suffer 
   c. For any liability that it cannot exclude, www.irecharge.com.au limits its liability to refunding the price of the phonecard or supplying you with another phonecard with the same face value.

5. Receipt of Telephonecard's PIN and Serial Numbers
Upon a successful paypal payment clearance,  www.irecharge.com.au will send an email including pin to your paypal email address.

You are responsible to ensure that your paypal email adress is active, valid and up to date. www.irecharge.com.au bears no responsibility for non-receipt or loss and theft of the telephone card details once it is sent to your paypal email address.

In the event that you have not received your telephone card details after a successful transaction to an operational mailbox and email address, you must contact us within 7 days.

If you have lost your telephone card details once it had been successfully received by you, you can request for a re-send. However, those details can only be re-sent to the same email address that was used previously.

6. Validity of the phonecards
www.irecharge.com.au are agents for the phonecards of our suppliers which we resell to the end user. Therefore if you have any issues or problems with your telephone card, you must contact the relevant Customer Service Department of each card provider. The contact numbers are listed on our web site and also sent to you with your PIN numbers. Note that, this should be done immediately when the fault or issue is first discovered. Card expiration varies by issuer and details may be found by selecting the issuer from our home page. No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorised usage.

Our liability, if any will not exceed the purchase price of any defective products. We make no warranty of products supplied with respect to incidental, consequential, or other damages.

7. Returns Policy
Cards/PINs are non returnable or exchangeable. Any refund is at the sole discretion of www.irecharge.com.au. Where www.irecharge.com.au has agreed to provide you with a refund, it will be based at the price of the Telephone Card offered for sale.Without limiting its discretion to refuse refunds, www.irecharge.com.au may consider the following circumstances:
   a. Transactions that have been charged more than once due to Internet error or such
   b. Incorrect card serial and PIN number sent when a specific card was ordered.

8. Purchase Limit
You must first sign up with all the required details to be an account holder with www.irecharge.com.au to purchase any products and services offered.
If you are a new account holder, you will be limited to purchasing a maximum value of $50 within a period of one week from the date of first purchase. Subsequent orders will be limited to $100 a week thereafter. To apply for a higher limit, click here.

A new account holder is identified and defined by the email address and/or by the credit card.

9. Calling rates and accuracy of information on our website(s)
We endeavour to ensure that all information available on our website is accurate. However, certain information is subject to change. An example of this could be the rates for the phone cards which may be altered by the relevant Card Providers at their discretion and at anytime. We therefore, cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information we provide, however, we shall monitor information on an ongoing basis and update it on the website accordingly. We do not represent or warrant that the Services provided by the suppliers will be uninterrupted or error-free and that defects will be corrected. Whilst we do spend time exercising due-diligence in selecting our service providers, we are not responsible for any losses/damages cause by errors of the card providers.

Almost all of the providers of phone cards reserve the right to change their rates without prior notice. www.irecharge.com.au will update our rate tables advertised on our web site when we receive official notification about these changes. Updates will occur within the next scheduled maintenance period. If you want to ensure that the rates are the very latest and current, we recommend that you check with the customer services number for the card(s) in question, prior to placing your order.

We do not accept liability for any errors or/and omissions, and reserve the right to change specifications, information and description of listed products.

In some countries certain phone numbers may carry additional charges. For example mobile phone numbers, national rate numbers, premium numbers and miscellaneous other numbers. If in doubt please call the customer service department of the card in question.

Rates may be rounded to the nearest minute or cent depending upon denomination

10. Right of Refusal
www.irecharge.com.au will assess a risk rating for all new users. In its sole discretion, if the user is deemed to be of high risk, www.irecharge.com.au reserves the right to refuse registration and right to purchase.

11. Termination of account
If www.irecharge.com.au, in its sole discretion, finds or suspects that you are using the site in an unacceptable manner, www.irecharge.com.au may immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your use of the service. Activities that may trigger such a response by www.irecharge.com.au include, fraudulent credit card transactions, incorrect data provided to us, and attempts to exceed the maximum weekly transaction limit.
